Who May Be Eligible
To qualify for property tax relief, applicants must meet certain requirements established by the State of Tennessee. These may include:

How to Apply and Documentation Needed
You may apply at the Henry County Trustee’s Office for property tax relief after receiving your annual property tax bill. Applications must be submitted within 35 days after the delinquency date listed on your bill.
What You May Need:
Income documentation such as tax returns, W-2 forms, or 1099 forms
Identification for the applicant
Completed program forms
If you are applying as a disabled veteran or surviving spouse, additional forms such as the F-16 or F-16S may be required.
