Processing Fees

A convenience fee may be charged by the payment processor for online transactions.

This fee is set and collected by the third-party provider, not by the Henry County Trustee’s Office.

Payment Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the correct account or property is selected before submitting payment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Henry County Trustee’s Office.

If a payment is made in error, please contact our office with your transaction date and confirmation number so we can assist you.

Processing or convenience fees charged by the payment provider are not refundable.
