Meet Randi French

Serving Henry County with Integrity and Care

It’s truly an honor to serve the people of Henry County as your County Trustee. Every day, my goal is simple, to provide honest, dependable service and to make sure you feel confident and informed when handling your property taxes.

My office is here to help, whether you’re making a payment, asking questions, or navigating something more complex. We take pride in treating every person with respect, fairness, and care.

My goal is to make sure you always feel informed, supported, and confident when working with our office.

Experienced. Accessible. Accountable.

A Trusted Leader in Our Community

Randi French has proudly served as the Henry County Trustee since being elected in 2014. Prior to stepping into this role, she worked as Comptroller for Joe Mahan Ford, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and office management.

She is a graduate of Leadership Henry County and the Local Government Leadership Program and holds the designation of Certified Public Administrator. She has served as both Vice President and President of the West Tennessee Trustee Association and is a graduate of the WestStar Leadership Program, where she also served as an Alumni Council Class Representative.

In recognition of her dedication and leadership, Randi was named West Tennessee Trustee of the Year in 2018 and was again honored as the 2025 Trustee of the Year. She was also nominated to serve as President of the Tennessee County Trustee Association for 2025.

Our Approach

More Than a Job, It’s a Commitment to People

In our office, service is personal. We believe in going above and beyond to meet people where they are, whether that means taking extra time to explain a process, assisting someone with accessibility needs, or simply making sure every question is answered with patience and care.

Every person is treated fairly and equally. There are no exceptions, no special treatment, just a consistent commitment to doing what is right.

We also work hard to stay current with technology and processes so we can serve you more efficiently, while still maintaining the personal connection that matters most.
